(a) Contact me by email, WhatsApp, or the website contact page requesting the services you need.

(b) You shall attach the document(s) or any material related to the project to be translated, specifying any particular needs where applicable.

After receipt of your request, and assessment of your project, you are provided with a free personalized estimate, which includes a detailed overview and global price of all included services, delivery and general conditions. We may discuss any important details about your project if needed.

After receiving your confirmation and signed agreement by email, the requested service(s) will start.

The translation will be conducted in line with a professional work methodology (including whenever necessary the use of professional CAT tools, vocabulary research and accuracy requirements, a first manual editing of the translated text against the source text, a targeted error search process to prevent any eventual spelling, grammar or syntax error, a second manual editing process and final CAT tool error-free trans-check) to the highest levels of quality, confidentiality and respect of your deadline.

In case of long term projects, a terminology glossary compilation (for the use of the translator) on the specialized field matter is created for all translation projects, which is applied to ensure consistency of technical terminology on the legal and financial fields employed throughout the text (and possibly in the subsequent translations) from the same source and/or same subject.

No obligation here. The quality of your translation will not be affected if you skip this step. However, big agencies may choose the Premium Quality Plan for their translation projects for its submission to a second professional translator and/or legal expert for second review.

The translated project is delivered to you by mail, in time, and according to the previously agreed services, delivery and payment terms, together with your invoice.
